    Skills required in this role:

    Jaxsta is seeking a skilled and multi-talented design lead (with a killer online portfolio) to establish a UI team for an amazing green fields entertainment database.

    Whatever platforms you've been working on, you'll understand and love design from wireframes through to delivery.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Take briefs from wireframe concepts/mock-ups  to delivery

    • Design website wireframes to illustrate site layout, navigation and content flow for both desktop and mobile devices

    • Prepare design files and create clear specifications for the development team

    • Integrate with developers to provide UI feedback during development and testing

    • Engage with external clients to review feedback on UI usability

    • Creating print designs for stationery, print media advertising, brochures

    • Mentor and develop junior designers as they are added to the team

    Essential Skills and Experience: 

    • 3+ years commercial experience as a design lead

    • A love of UX, with some IXD, UI design, CX, usability or visual design

    • Experience designing for multiple platforms - Web/mobile/Apps.

    • High proficiency in wire-framing software

    • High- level, hands-on knowledge of all the main graphics software - Photoshop, Illustrator etc.

    • Ability to negotiate required UX with clients, management, and developers.

    • Up-to-date knowledge of technical and software trends.

    • Degree level education in a relevant field.
